Restoration part 2
“The second part of my restoration was the oak floor in the large salon. The floors were a featureless, stained brown. To my surprise the oak beneath the stain is light and with a wonderful grain. Brad stated his intent from the beginning to restore the floor as original and that is exactly what he did. The floor is now level and beautiful. My opinion and that of the other owners resident in the chateau is that the restoration is appropriate and has restored the apartment to its former glory. The success of the work is due to Brad's knowledge, care and eye for detail. This was great work. ”

Restoration of parquet flooring
“I live in a Chateau which has Chevron parquet floors in a large bedroom and oak planks in the large salon. The Chevron parquet floors are very old, probably over 100 years old and needed restoration. Brad Quarless was very knowledgeable about flooring styles, and their history. He detailed the work required to restore the parquet. This was not a simple sanding job. This required expertise, repairs in places, and a careful sanding and restoration. The work was careful and well executed using state of the art equipment. The result is excellent. The parquet looks natural and authentic. Great work”

Renovation of Chestnut flooring
“I am more than happy to recommend Brad who did a perfect job sanding and staining the floors of my village house. I am especially pleased with the downstairs floors which are chestnut and were badly stained a dirty and dull, reddish brown. Today, the floors are a pale honeyed color that showcases the slightly darker grain of the wood. The floor is very pleasant underfoot - it feels silky - and the floor is now level. I believe the work Brad did has added value to my house and also to the quality of my experience in and of the house, if that makes sense.
