“The work was carried out in a professional manner with as little inconvenience to my life as possible. Bradley was always punctual and turned up when he said he would. He worked in some terrible conditions, torrential rain and freezing winter conditions, in fact on a couple of days I had to tell him to go home as it was that bad! He was clean and tidy in the work he did and always left the site as clean as he could.
